WATERLILY Jewellery - WHAT'S IT ABOUT?

If you live within a half-hour drive (approx) from Hampden Park (National Stadium), Glasgow then I can come to you!

I am an experienced Tutor and have taught college leisure classes.

I have a range of styles using quality materials from reputable suppliers.

All are suitable for beginners and those with a little experience, from age 8 (approx) upwards.

I will teach you the basic techniques and how colours and textures 'work' and you can add your own unique touch!

Available for Birthday parties, Brownies, Bead and Go (school/church fairs, social events), activity clubs, community groups, school holidays, girls' nights in, hen nights, coffee mornings, corporate events, private tuition,....

About me,...

I live in Cathcart on Glasgow's South Side. I've always dabbled in arts and crafts and about 10 years ago I taught myself beadwork jewellery making and started designing jewellery for family and friends.

This led to me being asked to set up new leisure classes at a Glasgow college where I tutored beadwork jewellery making over a few years.

Since then, I've been running workshops for organisations and parties for children and adults.

Lilies are my favourite flowers and I've always loved Impressionist art and its use of colour as I love experimenting with colours too.

The artist Monet's famous series of Water Lilies paintings are a favourite of mine, so Waterlily seemed a good choice of name.

Beadwork Jewellery

At the moment I am very involved with the parties and workshops but, occasionally, I get to make some jewellery! I plan to put some on the site in due course!

I've also studied precious metal jewellery making so try to use this in designs where I can.
